A GPS jammer or GPS signal jammer describes a device with which the signals of the Global Positioning System (GPS) operated by the US Department of Defense are disrupted or completely blocked. Such a transmitter makes it difficult to receive radio signals properly (for example radio waves, television, mobile communications or the GPS signal).
