Body scan of 250 pound woman and 130 pound woman. If this isn't motivation to work out, I don't know what is!! Check out the fat around the heart & brain and the difference in sizes of the stomach and intestine. Also, the knee joints. I wish there was one that wasn't quite as big so it could be a bit more realistic to compare but this is still something to think about. I needed to see this. Yikes
